Tom
Esquibel: President/CEO/Partner
Tom is President and co-founder of Diamondback Metal Systems. He has had over
27 years experience in the construction industry with over 12 years alone in Self
Storage construction. Tom worked for such companies as DBCI, American Building
Company, and Rib Roof before starting Diamondback Metal Systems in January 2004.
He overseas all areas of the company operations including sales, project management,
technical support, material purchase, estimating and customer relations. His expertise
in all of these areas has made Diamondback Metal Systems grow and become a leader
in the Self Storage Industry.
John Baragona:
Vice President/ COO/Partner
John is the Vice President and co-founder
of Diamondback Metal Systems. He has over 20 years experience in the construction
industry. John has worked for DBCI and Inside Self Storage Magazine before starting
Diamondback Metal Systems. He overseas all the internal company operations, contracts,
accounting and logistical support. John handles each contract personally and has
constant interaction with each and every customer from the start of the project
to its completion. His vast knowledge of all areas of the business has made Diamondback
Metal Systems a thriving company.
Terry
Neisinger: Technical Manager/Partner
Terry has over 21 years experience in the Self Storage Industry. He has worked
for Roll-Lite, DBCI, and Tech-Mate before taking over at Diamondback Metal Systems
as the Technical Manager where he overseas all of the design, drafting, detailing
and engineering. All of our design drawings are created in-house to provide complete
accuracy and quality of all the products. Terry communicates directly with the
engineers to get drawings stamped and ready for city approval. With his extensive
technical knowledge of the self storage industry this allows for very few field
changes and modifications.
Scott Sundin:
Vice President of Sales/Partner
Scott has over 11 years experience
in the Self Storage Industry before assuming the position of Vice President of
Sales. He worked for LST Erectors and DBCI and has an extensive customer base.
Scott is responsible for all company sales and also assists with project managing.
His background in construction puts every customer at ease and he helps make their
project the most efficient and cost effective project possible. His effective
customer communication has helped Diamondback Metal Systems develop its reputation
as a the most-customer conscious steel company in the industry.
Bruce
Jones: Installation Manager/Partner
Bruce has over 18 years experience in construction and for 10 years owned his
own construction company that supplied and erected metal buildings for the self
storage industry. He serves as the Installation Manager for Diamondback Metal
Systems. Bruce overseas all of the Diamondback building erections, erection crews,
and scheduling and problem solving. Bruce visits all of the jobsites personally
and keeps in constant contact with each project manager as well as the customer.
He has been a great asset in making Diamondback Metal Systems a one-stop shop
that customers can rely on to manage their building purchase and erection from
start to finish.
Donna Morgan: Director of Marketing
Dori Dorrington:
Installation Administrator
Dori has had more than 10 years experience
as an Construction Administrative Assistant. Dori has taken the position of Installation
Administrator for Diamondback Installations. Her responsibilities include payroll
of the installation crews and various other administrative duties. She also maintains
all of the state licenses, bonding, insurance and workmanís compensation requirements
for each state in which Diamondback Installations works. Her experience has helped
to the growth of Diamondback Installations.
Chris Artley:
Controller
Chris is the newest addition to the Diamondback Metal Systems team.
He has over 12 years experience in the construction industry.
He formerly worked for Charlevois Homes, LLC as the Vice President of Operations.
Prior to that he was the Business Manager for The NUCA Group, LLC, a construction
subcontracting firm, wherehe handled the financial planning and budgeting.
Chris handles all of the day to day accounting responsibilities for
Diamondback Metal Systems and Diamondback Installations.
Chrisís extensive experience in financial planning will help
Diamondback Metal Systems growth and maintain the highest level
of customer satisfaction with all of our customers.
